Public temporary phone numbers offered on Simless (https://simlessnumber.com) are shared carrier resources intended solely for open testing, public verification, and privacy preservation on non-critical online accounts.
- No Banking or Financial Credentials: Never use free public numbers for financial institutions, banking passwords, payment verification, government accounts, or confidential authentication.
- No Guaranteed Delivery on Public Lines: Public numbers are subject to third-party carrier throttling and shared platform cooldowns. We do not guarantee that third-party platforms will deliver SMS to shared lines at all times.
- Publicly Readable Inbox: All text messages received on public lines can be read by any visitor viewing that page.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Simless, downloading our mobile applications, or utilizing any virtual numbers provided under https://simlessnumber.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Simless is provided strictly to enhance consumer digital privacy. You explicitly agree that you will NOT use any of our numbers, APIs, or infrastructure to:
- Engage in fraud, credential theft, banking deception, identity theft, or impersonation.
- Transmit or receive unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful content.
- Automate abusive mass registration bots intended to degrade third-party internet services.
- Violate international telecommunications regulations or applicable national laws.
Simless reserves the right to terminate access, block IP ranges, or disable rented lines immediately and without notice upon detection of prohibited activities.
3. Nature of Telecommunication Services
Simless is not an emergency services provider. Our virtual numbers cannot place emergency 911/112/999 calls, send outbound voice broadcasts, or replace standard subscriber SIM cards.
Public lines are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Carrier routing, line rotation, and message transmission speeds may vary based on upstream global telecommunications infrastructure.
4. Private Rentals, Payments & Refunds
- Dedicated Lines: Private numbers are allocated exclusively to your user account for the duration of the purchased rental duration.
- Prepaid Wallet: Account balances are non-transferable and can be used to rent numbers across all supported countries.
- Refunds: If a rented private line fails to receive an incoming verification code within the active test window, the balance is credited back to your account balance automatically.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simless, its operators, directors, and technical affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our service, including but not limited to account suspensions by third-party platforms, missed verification PINs, or lost business opportunities.

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are published on this URL constitutes formal acceptance of the revised terms.
